Windage and elevation adjustments should be made judiciously. Always give it a three-shot pattern follow-up after making adjustments. To be extra-sure settings are indeed set, it is wise to tap the scope with a soft object (such as a leather wallet) before resuming shooting with altered settings.

Teleposts should be properly adjusted to keep floors from sagging, but teleposts only have so much adjustment in them. If you see more of the "screw-like treads" than this picture, you may need new teleposts. Contact the experts at Peak Structural for a free evaluation at (303) 243-3028 or www.peakstructural.com
Daniel C. Hogan is a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster based in Friendswood, Texas. Mr. Hogan needed a site that would allow him to not only promote his services, but also provide helpful information to property owners about the process of managing an insurance claim related to a property loss. We worked with Mr. Hogan to design his site so that it adequately reflects his services as an experienced, licensed client advocate. The site is built on a WordPress CMS platform, with a News/Tips section which functions as an easily updatable blog for Mr. Hogan. The addition of this section also benefits search engine rankings for hoganpublicadjusting.com.

No Leica was harmed in this production. The camera is an early Leica II fitted with a Leitz Elmar 50mm f3.5 lens. The camera was originally manufactured in 1930 as a Leica I and was at some point returned to the factory to be upgraded to a Leica II. Photo edited in Digikam, ShowFoto in Ubuntu Linux.

Just got Topaz Adjust plugin for PSPX2. This is my very first attempt at playing with it. Rather dramatic and maybe a little overdone but it sure does show a lot of the potential of Topaz Adjust.
Let the play begin!!!
Center focus point on text of book, image cropped. Ruler is at 45 degree angle to book, going away from the camera to the left. The 6" mark is on the same plane as the text of book.
Before AF fine-tuning, the field of acceptable focus is somewhere inside 2.5" to 6.5", indicating significant back focusing. Note that the book text is still acceptably focused (in my opinion) despite the significant AF adjustment that is needed.
