As part of its 75th anniversary celebration, Hofstra University is presenting “The Actor’s Life,” which will feature alumni from Hofstra’s drama program sharing anecdotes about performing on the Hofstra stage and how they parlayed that experience into successful careers in acting. This event will take place on Thursday, October 21, 2010, at 3 p.m. at the Lowenfeld Conference and Exhibition Hall, located on the 10th floor of the Axinn Library. Admission is free.

Katy was so much fun to work with. She has been back and forth between LA & Sydney for a while now and I felt very priveleged she wanted to get her shots done with me when she came to Melbourne for a trip recently. So easy to work with and had such a vitality and willingness to take direction for the different looks we went for. Can't wait to see how her 2013 shapes up as she's got some inspired ideas that are bound to get traction here and in the U.S.
