Another image from my Urban Abstraction project. This photograph closely relates to an image by photographer Mark Raymond Mason, who inspired me to take this image in order to try and replicate his style. The image I was trying to replicate used a very simple grungy background with one block colour, which was very similar to the one in my image. In the centre of the image there was a set of stairs zig-zagging down the image, using leading lines to pull the viewer's attention around the image. Having a minimalist approach was intriguing to me and left me staring at the image for a lot long than any of the other images that I had come across while researching the title of Urban Abstraction and so I wanted to try to learn and practice this style. The subject in my image is a bird's eye view shot of a ramp in a multi-story car park that is local to me as it has a very simple colour scheme, dead straight lines and the dirty ground which are all components that made up the image in my research so it was perfect for the look I was trying to achieve. In Photoshop, I simply brought out this grunge even more using curves to make the colours stand apart from each other more and make the dirt look much darker than it actually was to emphasis my style.

(En) The Almighty in creation of the Woman made her with large décolletage for the purpose to seduce a Man, wide hips - to carry a baby. She then looked at the mirror and said: "God Almighty, I want to have wings as I need a little spice in my life too!". "I will lack the matterial for your brain then!". "I will manage without it! Only stick them, even little ones...".

A reworked version of a photo, first uploaded to Flickr in 2006.

And because I couldn't decide which I liked more here's a second version.

1 - a fruit or vegetable

2 - a paved surface

3 - the first element must NOT be centered in the frame

As an artist, I am constantly mesmerized by the intricate details and complexities of the world we live in. My primary medium of expression is colored pencils, with secondary mediums including charcoal, graphite, and watercolors - the versatility of these mediums allows me to capture my subjects with immense precision and depth. I like to describe my artistic style as hyper realistic impressionism, and I strive to create pieces that leave my audience captivated, intrigued, and yearning for more.
