There's no post-processing here whatsoever. I've only modified the Picture Control preset (Vivid) in-camera to get more contrast and saturation prior to taking the shot.

It's a big metal wall lit by sunlight coming through a huge tree. The colors are how the wall is painted and, obviously, the focus (or lack thereof) is intentional. ;)
