COLLECTION PARTICULIERE
I finally plundered my 12 yr old, original bubble iMac's Photoshop files to post images of creative pieces I had done on that machine WAY back when. I like these files and I'm happy to show them, at long last.
This is one of a series of 8 variations I did using the guitar as a compositional basis for abstraction. Other artwork is often blended in using layers and I more than liberally ran riot with the filters. All of them were done in Photoshop 6.
Music Link: Steve Hillage - "Ether Ships" from his album "Green". Predates and foreshadows the work he would eventually do with System 7. Have a Cuppa Tea!

When the one thing you're looking for
Is nowhere to be found
And you back stepping all of your moves
Trying to figure it out
You wanna reach out
You wanna give in
Your head's wrapped around what's around the next bend
You wish you could find something warm
'Cause you're shivering cold
It's the first thing you see as you open your eyes
The last thing you say as your saying goodbye
Something inside you is crying and driving you on

Something different but fun...taken through the window blinds with a small glass circle which distorted the image. Thank you for your visits, favorites, and comments. Best, Gail

For some reason, i got attracted by this shot while going back into my folders. i was fascinated by the fact wheels were not visible in the compo. i decided to post that thing despite these upper lights messing up with the flow.
small update: reprocessed the shot without these lights in the upper section. they were too annoying and i just couldn't keep them in a decent final compo. thank you "content aware" !
