I’ve always loved abstract photos that are created by panning the camera. In this case it was one vibrant sunrise that I had the fortune of seeing. The cloud and wave movement were just right to get the desired texture in the final pan. I hope you like it too.

Délibérément hors focus. Amusant, non ? :-)

Today I went on a nice photo walk in the quirky South Seattle neighborhood of Georgetown with local photographer John Westrock who's work I've been admiring for the last few years. Be sure to check out his eclectic photostream!

Please no oversized group award pictures. Thank you. :-)

I think I had a little to much Red Wine last night, I did a bit of ICM a while ago in the woods and although I liked the original image I wanted to try something a little different with it, so it's a case of do or die I'm afraid and this is born from a bottle of Red and an unsteady hand! :)

Joan Miró was a Catalan painter who combined abstract art with Surrealist fantasy.

Article - Miró in ten artworks October 2021

Summing up Joan Miró’s extraordinary work and inventive style in just ten artworks sure wasn’t easy! Today, KAZoART looks at the greatest masterpieces of the Catalan artist whose humoristic and creative imagination had a huge influence on the avant-garde movement in the early 20th century.
