Most generally a zipper opens going down and closes going up, I want to be the up zip that unifies and strengthens, not the downer zip that lets it all out. 😊 my thought for the day, small like a macro.

macro mondays theme: zipper

This is not what you think, but every similarity is on purpose.

This is the zipper of my jacket but these are my fingers below.

One of the attempts to make a pretty good picture of a zipper. The only good thing is when I photograph something like this (unattractive), I always learn something new and have a lot of fun looking for a way to make it attractive. Unlike the previous photo, which is a serious approach to the topic, this photo is an interesting approach to the topic, not to say provocative.

Which to put in the Macro Mondays group now is the question.

My mother was a professional seamstress and I have a bag full of some old zippers from her.... I've done many different crafts, but sewing garments was never on my list... she was amazing and I wish some of her talent rubbed off on me, but I know she would be proud of all that I've accomplished....
