Task 1 (sketch in 2 minutes): I totally miscalculated the time and thought I had plenty of time and knowledge (having seen Liz draw the building) to look and draw details instead of focusing on the main structure and windows first. Because it looked so unfinished after the 2 minutes, I added the important parts with pencil.
Task 2 (more detailed sketch using the 7 steps): Great fun thinking about the steps even though I have to admit that I forgot about them half way through the sketch, but then noticing, that I had applied that sequence anyway.

- Vì những khổ đau anh mang đến giúp em biết trân trọng hạnh phúc nhiều hơn.

An updated version of a shot taken last year. I've been experimenting lately with taming the contrast levels of Fuji's RAF files to see what a "softer" touch might produce.

Auf ein Ei geschrieben
Ostern ist zwar schon vorbei,
Also dies kein Osterei;
Doch wer sagt, es sei kein Segen,
Wenn im Mai die Hasen legen?
Aus der Pfanne, aus dem Schmalz
Schmeckt ein Eilein jedenfalls,
Und kurzum, mich tät’s gaudieren,
Dir dies Ei zu präsentieren,
Und zugleich tät es mich kitzeln,
Dir ein Rätsel drauf zu kritzeln.
Die Sophisten und die Pfaffen
Stritten sich mit viel Geschrei:
Was hat Gott zuerst erschaffen,
Wohl die Henne? wohl das Ei?
Wäre das so schwer zu lösen?
Erstlich ward ein Ei erdacht:
Doch weil noch kein Huhn gewesen,
Schatz, so hat’s der Has gebracht.
(eines von vielen Rausreißerles aus der Zeitung für spätere Verwendung.
Damit es nicht wegfliegt, hatte ich es mit dem gefundenen Stein beschwert, bei dem ich mich immer gefragt habe, ob er vielleicht mal als kleines Werkzeug benutzt worden ist, wegen der scharfen Kante am unteren Rand und der Rille rundum.
Zusammen mit dem Wort "Rätsel" im Gedicht als Klammer war's mir dann ein Foto wert.
