This writer found a job with a Multi-National Corporation based at CMI Bldg., Makati City located at Ayala Avenue after graduating College.from a premier school, Cagayan de Oro City.

Years later, when the eldest children of 6 siblings, were already teenagers, I changed work and landed as classroom teacher in one of the Private Schools in Butuan City. assigned to teach the basics of English Grammer and Composition.

At this juncture some of the top students in my HS classes were already into reading thick books of Novels written by the likes of Ludlums, Days of the Cave Bears, and other Best Sellers, etc.;

Goodbye Basic Grammars of Basic Simple Tenses, Welcome Progressive Tenses and Perfects tense of the Verbs!
