Sportboulevard Dordrecht, 11 februari 2012.

To mark the occasion of the final draw for the FIFA World Cup 2026, which will take place across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, the British Ambassador's Residence hosted a reception on December 6, 2025. The event highlighted the UK as a world leader in football heritage, innovation, and the broader sports economy. World Cup in Brazil an opportunity to work with Portugal's Team, and sure, Cristiano Ronaldo. A few things that we made from this time.

The victory is celebrated wildly at La Petite Italie in Montreal

Germany v Argentina (01 - 00)

Writing this at half-time. Germany one - nil Argentina.

Thrilling, thrilling.

Big big game. Yet again, another "rival match" between another set of long-time rivals: Germany and Argentina (the last rival match: Germany v England).

Only about three minutes into the game, Germany scores a goal by Muller.

For the first time in the World Cup, the flawless team Argentina looks like they are struggling.

Argentina seems to be frantic to build up their game. For a moment, they thought they got an equalizer. Nope. Their goal was off-side this time caught by the ref. (In the Argentina's game with Mexico: their controversial off-side goal was not called out. Seems like karma is kicking someone in the face here.)
