I couldn't live without my vintage Califone. I won't put a television in my bedroom but you couldn't stop me from having a record player.
I'm ardently loving my advent calendar Toy Shoppe needlepoint project, but the latest installment of the little Christmas figures arrived recently and it's my favorite of all of them. So I had to put the Toy Shoppe aside to turn my attentions to this guy. It feels like coming home again, after having stitched his four compatriots so far.
For the record, at some point in a recent holiday season, Boomer momentarily forgot Rudolf's name and referred to the unofficial ninth reindeer as Randolph. Needless to say, Randolph has become a fixture at Maple Hoo. We like to think he has a foghorn for a nose, instead of a light. "HO-OOOOONK!" So this dude is Randolph, of course.

Dopo il crollo del maggio 2012, i merli sono stati ricostruiti e ricollocati al loro posto, consentendo così la riapertura dell'esercizio commerciale ospitato nei locali sottostanti, nonchè una visione più omogenea e, potremmo dire, familiare dell'edificio.
The sweater is knit from the top down, so I can try it on as it's being knit. The yarn is half merino, half angora -- so soft and cozy!

The solo one is Bosh. He's half man half rabbit. The one in triplicate is either named Bildge or Bill or Bill G. Haven't decided yet. We're not sure what he is yet. I'm not sure if I'm going to be running this comic on screamingtongue.com or on a new domain yet...
I just added the orange around them for this photo. This is the initial character design in Sketchbook Pro. Next I'll move them over to Photoshop and start putting them in scenes, refining them, etc.
