Il Total Body Workout, o più brevemente Total Body, è un allenamento intensivo molto divertente che coinvolge, come dice il nome, la muscolatura di tutto il corpo contribuendo a migliorare l’efficienza del sistema cardio-respiratorio, la coordinazione, la flessibilità, l’equilibrio e la postura. Ideale sia per gli uomini che per le donne. Si tratta di un programma completo ed efficace di allenamento di gruppo sulle note di musica trascinante ed energizzante che combina il lavoro aerobico ed una serie di esercizi di tonificazione con manubri, bilancieri, elastici e cavigliere. E’ ideale per tonificare e scolpire spalle, braccia, petto, schiena, addome, glutei e gambe, per ridurre la massa grassa e per stimolare il metabolismo. L’allenamento prevede specifici esercizi sia per la parte superiore, sia per quella inferiore del corpo. Spesso viene utilizzato lo step come gradino per eliminare o attutire l'impatto al suolo tipico delle lezioni di aerobica tradizionale, per migliorare la forza dei muscoli della parte inferiore del corpo e per aumentare l’intensità dell’allenamento.

* 12:25 - 12:45 — Cardio Tai Box- A tough tai-bo boxing class for some serious cardio

* 12:50 - 1:10 — Retro-Robics
