I find this workout page both nostalgic, fun and endearing. It's page 27 as you can see, in the February issue of the Sindy Magazine from 1987.

Her outfit and hair screams the 80s and so does the workout program. She would never pass todays fitness standard, but I must say, I like this better.

I was experimenting with lighting in Poser 12 and thought this was too good not to post. Hope everyone enjoys it.

I was a bit younger and beefier than I am now in this photo. I was obviously doing a work at the gym, which I usually use to have all to myself.
