Work isn’t just a scalar product involving force and distance. It also piles up in front of you and you don’t even notice it.

 

But the physics behind it is still relate-able to living. You exert a certain amount of force to something you’re doing and you find yourself eventually reaching a distance. But of course, it should be remembered that force must be parallel to the direction of the body’s movement for maximum work. We must know where to place ourselves so we reach the farthest with the force we exerted.

Welcome to my desk here at work; nevermind the excessive electromagnetic radiation and poor low-light performance of my smartphone's camera. Typically, the only ambient light in my area comes from the monitors.

SEARS doesn't install front-loading washers because the pipes might be old. Huh? Old pipes don't matter for top-loading ones, which the guy said he does install.

Beltondod isn't going to be replaced, but is falling down anyway. The gable end collapsed just last month!
