Armed robber in a stolen car ran from another officer. I caught up to him. Unfortunately landing on the back of his head when we went to the ground hurt. LOL He was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
I know we've all been wondering one thing for some time now - can training for a triathlon get you a 6-pack. Well, I'm out to answer that question once a for all. Stay tuned to this station to see progress (or lack thereof) over the next 6 months.
