Having enjoyed a little run of drawing I wanted to make up some of those drawn characters as dolls, in fact some of these have been waiting a long time to be completed....and still a little way to go yet!
my crazy schedule pictorial [best if viewed in the set... cause there it's in order]: for an undetermined amout of time i've got a ridiculous schedule. doing a paper route and my regular job [plant accountant/company bitch]. thought i'd show you just how ridiculous this all is.

you might wonder why i'm not asleep [though probably not]. it's cause i'm a genius. when i went to buy gas i realized i left my wallet at work. [i'm a genius]. so i had to go to the bank and get more money, and blah blah blah. here i am. i should mention this is now the second critical thing i'm without. the first thing i lost would be the cell. though i was less torn up about that.
I have been working on this platter for weeks - I have one more class for glazing and then I will fire it.
These two are difficult to work with. Finally got Seorin's eyes right, but Siean is going to take some work. She still has gotta find the right wig and eyes :(

Summer 2019: Snakes & Lakes
We looped up through Utah into and across Idaho, then back down across the northeast corner of Nevada.

This window is a double treasure as it combines the work of the pre-Raphaelite craftsmen Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris. Installed in 1877, it is one of the earliest examples of the work of the pre-Raphaelite masters.

This glorious masterpiece is one of the treasures of St Martin’s. Installed in 1877 by William Morris from designs created by Burne Jones, it is one of the earliest examples of their work and contains some unique features.
The window survived the blitz by a matter of hours. The church council had decided, in an extraordinary lapse, that if it were destoryed it could be replaced. This so annoyed Bishop Barnes that he ordered them to preserve it. The window was promptly removed, carefully packed and put in the south porch ready to take to storage. That same night the bombs fell, destroying every other window in the church.

I'm at work trying to adjust my camera that is piggybacked on my telescope.
I was in a hurry to get as many different pictures as I could during the total Lunar eclipse of Dec21, 2010. That's the only time for a few long years that the Lunar Eclipse and the Winter Solstice will happen on the same night. The long night let me see the entire thing start to finish. I used the pictures to make a little movie also posted on this site. It shows the moon going into and out of eclipse. Thanks to my friend Eric who also came out at 3am to see the moon turn red!
Don't you like my backyard observtory? I have a camp cooking table, Macbook, and my trusty Celestron mount. I think I need a more permanent setup...
So the difficult-to-put-together wolf has now become the class mascot. This student even insisted I take a picture of him feeding the wolf with the pasta we made yesterday!

Walking on the Beach - Slight Tones of Lowry - I like the mood and the sections here - reminds me slightly of the work of Lowry ( admittedly no factory or street in sight!)
Pako Festa, held annually in Geelong and usually on Pakington St (where the name of the festival is derived from - though it was held in a different location for the second year running due to the COVID-19 pandmeic) is Victoria's largest multicultural festival showcasing food, music and dance from numerous, generally local, cultural groups.
Cultures and nationalities represented and featured in 2022 include: Wathaurong, Russian, Lithuanian, Malayalam, Macedonian, Indonesian, Japanese, Ukrainian, Pakistani, Croatian, Spanish, Nepalese, Dutch, Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), Slovenian, Filipino, Hungarian, Greek, French, German, Bosnian, Bangladeshi, Nepalese, Fijian and Punjabi.
