Yearly event that happens in downtown Lee Summit, Missouri. These are probably gonna be the last blooming flowers for the year. It makes me sad.
One of my favourite cookie to make every halloween, Witch Fingers. They are a combination of a short bread and sugar cookie, shaped to look like an old finger. Then adding red cake decorating gel around the cuticle and a slivered almond for the nail.
Next up: Ice Lake!!
This is the tower in which one of the last "witches" of Europe was held and tortured to death. her crime? Being an independant women.

Today to escape the heatwave I went to the library and worked on my witch doll. When the librarian commented on the doll I wasn't really surprised, but when a teenage boy came over and said 'what a cool doll' that made my day.
It's the Season of the Witch! That was a song that was popular when I was young and it definitely applies to October. Here is a witch doll decoration that I saw in Lubbock.
So my hair swatches came in from Dollyhair. If you fully blend White Witch and Unlucky Clover Nylon hair, it will perfectly match my witch's hair. I'll be ordering some in a few days. The texture isn't as shiny though.

Walking in Locke Park I found this stone which had been painted with a witch ( quite nicely as well ! ) and left in the end of a park bench.
