Der Bahnhof von 1898 aus markantem rotem Sandstein liegt an der Kurbadlinie. Viele Gäste kommen hier an und besuchen das Kurstädtchen und die schöne Südpfalz.
The sandstone-building of the railwaystation is from 1898. From this station, many people start their visit in our nice village and into the wonderful South-Palatinate.
Nice greetings to you, dear flickr-friends! Thank you for your visits!

My neighbour's son Jonathan loves to swim, toboggan, do crafts and go for long walks with his mom or caregiver. He is no verbal autistic but that does not stop him from communicating by his actions of waving or hugging me when I happen to be out when they are..
I happened to see him out my computer room window sledding down the hill on her property so I grabbed my camera and got out on the deck to grab some shots. I could not get down the back as our laneway is just ice at the bottom and I never would have been able to get across to get some shots as he came down the hill.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you all know that I appreciate your comments and visits although I may not get back to you quickly but I will try.

Our team ready to go. The team behind us--not so much :)
Just about everything (schools, universities and some businesses) shut down throughout Metro Vancouver so it turned into a Snow Day, not only for kids but sometimes for parents too.
Family fun was the order of the day at Lost Lagoon and through Stanley Park.!

A father showing his kid how to roll a big snow ball. I got lucky with this shot as I was looking down from my balcony on a snowy night in Toronto.

Butternut Squish was happy to have the first snow fall for the season and had so much fun going out to play in it with all her bully siblings.
This picture is of the best sledding spot in town! It falls from the back of the public parking lot into the park. The sun was bright, but it was still freezing. The kids, though, didn’t notice and were having lots of fun!
Taken last year at the dog sledding event. These two beautiful fellas didn't want to wait any longer, but get g-o-i-n-g.

Although there wasn’t that much snow, this dad was out with his kids, determined to make the most of it.
I spotted this colourful little Winter-tableau and could not resist.
A series of ‘loose’ subjects, gathered over the years. It can be anything, just seeing different scenes that attracted my attention.
Wishing you a day filled with love and thanx for commenting, always appreciated, M, (*_*)

I know everybody is craving Spring... me too. I actually spent a few days taking spring pictures myself. I had to do one more winter session, because this was the only snowman we got to make all year, he was just the cutest.
Last weekend, a light snowfall started early in the day, and added about 2-3 inches to the 5 inches already on the ground. I thought I would try out one of my Christmas gifts: snowshoes. I never dreamt I would be able to use snowshoes in my small suburban backyard! My wife thought that my first try at snowshoeing was hilarious and took this picture.
After this picture was taken, the snowfall continued at a heavy pace all night until over 20" piled up in my backyard,
