Airbus A350s' winglets are said to be beautiful. Even when an airplane gets into the cloud, it tries to keep its winglet out of the cloud. This is a JAL's A350 heading for Tokyo Haneda Airport.
エアバスA350は主翼先端のウィングレットが特徴的で、とても美しいと言われています。それなので飛行機が雲に入ってもウィングレットだけは雲の外に出して見えるようにしている・・・ように見えます。
これは、都心上空を通って羽田空港に着陸する数分前のJAL機。
While en route from Cleveland to Phoenix, I took a photo of a Southwest airplane winglet at altitude somewhere in the southwest US. This week’s 52-frame assignment was on minimalism, and one of the finalists was this photograph.
G-EUYY Airbus A320-232 (Retro Fitted Full Winglets circa 2015) operated by British Airways. On short finals to runway 23 at Glasgow on 8th February 2020, whilst operating the London Heathrow Shuttle service.
Sometimes the storms aren't all that spectacular or active, but they each have their own particular beauty.
