I love HTC Touch! Yes, it lacks a VGA screen, it is a little slow and it is a Windows Mobile device but I still love it. It is so small and feels so good in hand! (Something you can not get with the Touch Diamond due to its rectangular shape).
HTC Touch'a bayılıyorum! Evet, VGA ekranı yok, biraz yavaş ve Windows Mobile kullanıyor. Ama o kadar küçük ve elinize aldığınızda o kadar güzel hissettiriyor ki! (Touch Diamond'da olmayan bir şey bu).

For march photo challenge Day 26: telephone
An impending phone disaster finally hit today, when I was on a bus trip with my #1 son. The phone had been acting oddly, and the last straw was when my battery went mysteriously from 80% to 2%, and died altogether. Of course this happened when I was in the middle of nowhere with no idea where the bus was taking us, or where to get off. Oh I could've puked from anxiety of not knowing where we would end up, or if we'd make our appointment on time. How did we live before wireless phones!?!?!
Anyway - the backup phone (I knew mine was finicky but had no idea it was this close to dying - it even did an Android BSOD!) arrived and my brother set me up with it... only to find out it doesn't support my favorite bike ride tracking app ever (strava). So now, I'm charging up my husband's old leftovers to try to get it up and running. Sadly, we shaved my SIM card to fit in the Nokia, so I'm going to have to get a new one for my G2 (yes, not quite as sly as a G6 - hah!)
What a day to have the "phone" photo assignment!

Just for Ben!
Please don't hold me responsible if anyone actually is mad enough to port Windows Mobile to a Nokia handset. I'd love it if someone managed to get Android working on something like an N97 or N900 though.
Soooooo......um, yeah. I'm not sure what really happened here.
This is the screen of my LG Incite, an "alleged" Windows Mobile 6.1 device. I say alleged because, see, I've been having some weird problems with it lately that may have me calling to have it replaced but I thought it'd be worth a try to use the built-in Windows Update client. However, as usual, it never has any updates for me.
That's cool, I thought. How about I just pop onto the Internet with my device, go to the Windows Update site itself and see if I can, you know, get an update or updates for the OS (and/or phone, tho far less likely) direct from Microsoft.
This is the message I got.
And I get the whole 'this is a Windows "Mobile" device', not an actual desktop or laptop device so maybe it's incompatible with the traditional Windows Update site but again, I thought it'd be worth a try but....c'mon....
.....Macintosh?!!
Got any ideas cuz I'm fresh out!
