Eyecatching view from the Jacksonville, FL airport.

First time in a long time that I've travelled and come home not feeling great. So three days later I'm ready for that dose of medication that makes life feel good.... Del Pueblo here I come.

These exquisite curtains are truly more fashion than furnishing... constructed entirely by hand like a beautiful dress. Two layers of varying fullness were hung from one track to create an almost paper-like or diaphanous effect. The curtains appear to have movement even when they are totally still.

Take a look at my favorites for what inspires me!

Some people think kids want toys and cartoons and cell phones, they dont...they want to live here!

this is how pimps live. Rich ones anyways... check out the ceiling. if you are really cool you buy velvet curtains, and because you are so damn cool you can pull them off.

Before going out on the town, you open your curtains, you step outon the balcony, drink in hand you spend a cigar smoke filled moment gazing upon the city skyline. you do a couple of lines, pop a couple of pills and head into the limo full of beautiful people. this is how people with curtains this cool live. No, you can't afford them.

if curtains could be legends this would be them. one day when aliens invade, this is the only thing they will take back with them. i am so proud of these curtains! they are 3 years old. Look at how perfectly straight the seams are, damn we're good!

The fabulous entry way to one of our FAVORITE homes of all time. It didn' t hurt having an amazing Architect, Gary Van Dijk, and clients who are amazing amazing people. Sometimes we really are the luckiest people in the world.

Thank you, thank you!

These Roman Shades were made from a raw washed burlap linen and trimmed out in Silk duppioni. the subtle colours used were designed to blend in to the environment while creating a play on textures. We lined them with a very tightly woven synthetic lining for stability and to allow the light to diffuse through the shades highlighting the texture of the linen.
