they're building a 20th wind turbine in this cluster just north of the MD/PA line - there are several other similar clusters in this mountainous area. They are off Mountain Road, east of Route 219 near Meyersdale, PA.

Some people oppose wind drive power generation on the grounds that it is scary to horses.

I didn't see any horses around so they could be right. Or perhaps the horses had already scurried away because I had a car or a threatening haircut or wore pants that were too unnerving a shade of grey.
