He's the extra wedges and tags for the wheel. Some of the wedges look off in color because the light hitting them makes them shimmer. On the underside of the ?$1000 is a Bankrupt and the $10000 is a ?$1000. There is also a gold $10000 under the Bankrupt/$10000/Bankrupt.

It is a fun to take long exposure photos.

Ignore the Exif, this is a stitch. The wheel portion of the image is a three minute exposure. I only had one opportunity to setup and get a photo of this so I'm pleased it came together. Another image is to come which shows the wheel itself static.

The Expo Wheel

A towering tradition of Peachtree Rides, the Expo Wheel dominates the midway day and night, offering patrons a sweeping view from a height of nearly 75 feet! Passengers are seated in separate gondolas and then whisked smoothly over the top and down again, reminiscent of a ferris wheel. The Expo Wheel is a pleasant ride for the entire family.

Ferris wheels remind me of childhood fun...nothing like a visit to the fair or an amusement park. Love the one in downtown ATL, though it was during the day it was still a sight to see.
