Haworth Steampunk Weekend is held every year since November 2013 (on each occassion as a charity event raising funds for Sue Ryder's "Manorlands" hospice in Oxenhope) the steampunk weekend is now a regular annual event for Haworth Village - attracting fans of the steampunk genre from far and wide !The steampunk genre "reimagines" Victorian and Edwardian science fiction (as typified by the works of e.g. H.G. Wells and Jules Verne) in a "retro-futuristic" style, but for those who are still wondering what steampunk is (and there seems to be quite a lot of you out there) there's a more detailed description of steampunk on Wikipedia at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steampunk

This weekend, we got to take an unexpected trip to The Lake! And guess what was better? We were the only ones there. So no one cared when I dock dived, retrieved, and shook water off myself over, over, and over again.
Now, Mom says she thinks this trip meant I should have been good, because I got a treat. I didn't think so at all. Hence the BGC activity of the morning: waiting until Mom turned her back and then jumping up so my paws were on Bella's high chair tray and eating her breakfast right along with her! Bella thought I was hysterical. Mom did not.

First off let me say, Fargo is a LONG way from home! Mom says we are getting used to it for the special-t...but we will have to do it by ourselves. Fargo is cool because the first morning I woke up to lots of snow. Then we got to go to this building and play agility. Mom says I did real good because I got two 2nd place ribbons and a first place ribbon! She says I might have gotten another one if I didn't decide to give her the paw on the table, I don't know what the big deal was it was neat to look around up there, I had people to see! I got to stay in a hotel that had my very own big bed. Then we went in the car again and went to a house where there were three golden dogs, it was lots of fun to get to run with them. There was also a boy, and he was fun too. Lots of car time, but lots of fun too. I highly recommend a trip like this!

A free weekend in Cagayan de Oro. So i try the White Water Rafting beginers course and the Canopy Tree climb/walk and zip line at Macahambus. This is the start off/launch point at the start of the trip.
