View allAll Photos Tagged Week,
just leave me alone.
I was in a really really bad mood all week. very aggressive and pissed.
I didn’t get enough sleep as always and many things went wrong.
people in school kept telling me I looked like I would fall asleep every second. I felt like that.
and I’ve been having a really bad headache for three days now.
and on top of that I had to study friday night because I had a german exam yesterday. yes, on a saturday. I cannot understand that anyone can be so cruel to force me to go to school on the weekend to write an essay.
there will be a week in december when I have four exams in one week, I’m sure I will be dead by then.
I am exhausted.
on a positive note, wednesday was great. I went to visit a university for arts with three other girls and it was amazing. everything sounded so good and I am finally sure that i want to study photography after school.
inspired by this with a lot of personal feelings added.

[november 16 – 22, 2009]
I was hoping to get out and about and take a photo of a fantastic looking ceiling but I've been out very little this last week. Also the weather hasn't helped - solid
grey sky - hate them. This will have to do. This is the Ron's Hide at Lee Farm Lake. Basically it's a wooden shed. It's a bit better than a normal shed. It's lined with plywood as you can see in the photo. It does have seating and as it's restricted to members only, it does not get too busy.
Inspiration: #NoFilter
No limit on what you shoot this week, as long as the image is pure. No filters, presets or other edits. Basic exposure corrections only this week.
both these snowy views were taken a few weeks ago but as they fitted the challenge I thought I would cheat :)
Week 23 - SEASONS
This week our theme is SEASONS (Summer, Spring, Fall Winter). The focus is on the Outdoors using Natural Light.
Nothing like walking through the woods in the winter with fogged up glasses when you're manually focusing your camera. :| 6/52

Transitions of the seasons, of ice melting, a passage down the creek... it's everywhere. 2/52

Wow....made it, just barely!!
My favorite wine I originally chose because I loved the label and the name, Apothic Red. Now they've come out with a new blend and imagine, I only found it this week, just in time for week two. It's perfect.
Mind you, the photo, technically, is not.....not enough time, too much in a hurry. It was the perfect candidate for a texture, which I did for the Outtake just to see.
K.....must go and crack it open now. :)
Week 3 : My Happy Place.
It's not where you walk, but who walks with you.
Exploring Kairakau Beach with my four legged mate.
Christmas baubles taken with my old OM-D E-M10 and Lensbaby Pro Composer with Double Glass optics and a star aperture disk
Theme of The Week - From the Prop Box
The state dance of Illinois is the Square Dance. I picked up this sweet petticoat at an estate sale for $2. I haven't done Square Dancing since Junior High PE class. I was pretty good at it so the teachers always made me dance with the sweatiest/most uncoordinated boy.

Theme of The Week - Panorama
yesterday it rained all day.
today, got up early, drove out to the country, went home & discovered that I didn't like the pictures even though I looked at them there (!), got mad, tried to use my panorama stitching program to stitch them together anyway, it was expired, found another free one that I liked, drove back out to the country, reshoot, go home, try to stitch them, too little overlap on one side, have to do it manually in photoshop... other than all that drama, I think it turned out ok
Work in progress
Street repair has started this week and is supposed to last 2 weeks, we'll see!! Meanwhile dust is everywhere and the windows will need a good washing when construction will be over
"Those boys play for keeps."
I was five years old and wanted a bag of marbles of my own so I could play with the neighbor kids. My father finally relented with the warning, "Don't come crying for any more if you lose them." Happily, I ran off with my small bag of marbles.
Later, when I came home empty handed, he started to give me the I-told-you-so talk.
I said, "It's okay, Dad. I just need a bigger bag to bring home the ones I won."
and that's my marble story

Explored!! Thanks everyone! #35!!!
Only 8 weeks left, that's, i still remember being 8 weeks in!
I really liked this photo when i took it, but as always the remote could be seen in my hand. I tried to Photoshop it out but it looked strange so i processed it this way so i could remove it and it looked natural!
Back to uni on Sunday, Christmas holiday has gone to quick! But then again im home for the weekend in two weeks anyway so just got to get through next weeks deadlines and i can relax! (Now for my computer not to die on me!)
Oooh, and a little plug for my friend. He is trying to prove Nikon is a great HD film camera as well.
This is one of my most prized possessions. My son Evan made this sign when he was about 10 years old (he's 30 now) and I cherish it. He did it on his own with some help from his older sister and gave it to me for Christmas.
This is one of the photos on three negatives I've buried in the back garden. I plan to take them out and scan them once a week for a month - maybe more.
This past week has seen almost continuous torrential rain. The negatives were originally free of major blemishes.
Rugelach.
Not all of us celebrate Christmas and that's why I baked "rugelach" which are popular in Jewish Cuisine and I can tell you one thing... they are delicious and I ate all by myself.
Farmer works his way through our corn field outside of Devereaux,
Michigan. I asked him to to run these rows so I would have corn on either side of him.
I've been stuck on this one for weeks for some reason. Today I decided to go with my first shot, that I took 2 weeks ago, and just move on! My amazing Jersey girl here, who just turned 11. :)
Theme Of The Week - Blue Hour
The St. Louis Arch from the Eads Bridge. We had to walk through a tornado of moths to get to the viewing platform.
Graveyards are a mine of pnotography opportunities especially for black and white shots so thinking of the Easter theme and obviously the crucifixion this immediately popped into my head.
This gravestone with celtic design stood out and with the background of the other gravestones and the young trees against a cloudless sky it just seemed to suit the infrared.
Shot on a Panasonic G3 converted for infrared photography, processed in Lightroom and Silver Efex.
