I guess this could be a small house, but the shovels hanging on the wall just scream shed. If it were a house, I think it would have been connected to the power lines which run right along side it. Besides the foundation is a bit ‘iffy’ for a house. I like the weathered wood which has almost been bleached white by the sun. It is in a nice setting too. If anyone wants a winter project, I can put you In touch with the owner.
Did you notice there are power lines and vines in this picture?
This is another photo from Hasliberg. I edited this one rather strongly including copying the person from a photo I took a bit later. The harsh light of the midday worked quite well for this exaggerated high contrast black and white look and the dramatic clouds.

A few photos from Stølaholmen.
We have cold and nice weather now, and got a little snow too. I had to shut down the water to the sheep as the pipes would freeze, and have to give them water from buckets. The roundbales are starting to freeze and one of my tractors need to have the battery charged every time I try to start it.
Still, this is winter , wonderful winter! Far better than rain and mud. It could be a tad milder though... I am getting an old man, an we like to be warm :-)
More photos in the first comment. And I will post even more from this place later.
Older, weathered barn, and by the looks of it, sporting a new aluminum roof.

A photo from my archives of my visit to ZooAmerica. Like everyone else, this male roadrunner has to deal with extreme weather conditions at times. Here he is on a hot summer day. But, just like us, he'll have to endure dangerously below zero temperatures this week.
On/Off - Thank you so much for visiting my photos! I'd appreciate your comment, as this will make it easier for me to catch up with you!
A local resident walked by as I was photographing this rickety old house in Brownsmead, Oregon. He explained that someone actually lived here about five years ago. Either this "someone" had zero utilities or the house rapidly disintegrated within that five year period. I guess anything's possible. Brownsmead is close to the ocean.

During a walk today, it seemed that I saw more bees busily gathering pollen.Perhaps some scientist were correct when they studied bees, finding the bees spent more time out of the hive foraging and stopped work later in the afternoon when the following day proved to be rainy rather than sunny. They seemed to be responding to cues such as changes in humidity, temperature and barometric pressure that preceded rainstorms.

I haven't felt like taking photos in the last days, so this is an older one but Linus sat like this in the living room too today and watched the windy and rainy weather outside. He was probably also wondering what his brother Fynn was doing outdoors in this kind of ugly weather. Linus himself prefers to keep his coat nice and dry.
We had lunch yesterday at SoKno - a Mexican restaurant in Knoxville. It looks like at least the area where we sat used to be a garage. I loved the look of the paint illuminated under that hanging lamp, not to mention the weathered table.
Taken using my 4 MP point and shoot for the current round of the #ShittyCameraChallenge, although I find the camera is actually quite capable for being nearly 20 years old.
