When they chose the spot upon which to build Durham Cathedral, they couldn't really picked a better site. From its perch on a hilltop on a loop of the River Wear, the cathedral dominates the city in every sense.
Taken at 09-00 on Saturday November 24th 2018 the Tyne & Wear Metro Depot at South Gosforth would normally be empty at this time of day, but a complete radio failure has completely closed the system with no trains running. The system started running at around 11-00.
On my way home from my walk yesterday, I came back via the cemetery. This was on the gate at the back.
The first thing that went through my mind was, was this for the living or the dead....
When I opened the gate I almost bumped into two people who were not wearing one, so what was the point of the sign? I found out why when I got to the main gates - there was nothing telling people to wear one, which seemed pretty stupid.

This female evening grosbeak is not quite striking as her male counterpart but she still cuts a fine figure on a chilly morning in rural New Brunswick.
I don't often wear brown. It's not that I don't like it, I just don't have many clothes in it despite it being a colour I've always liked. I don't really see it very often in the darker shades that I prefer.
This ring in the image is a very old one now, at least 15 years old so it certainly has quite a bit of wear and tear.

I got this notecard inviting me to this party. All this notecard had on it was a time, a place, and a note scribbled down at the bottom saying "Wear something red." Tô apaixonada por esse esmalte! Comprei ele num desapego de gringa, e não imaginava que era tão lindo! Tô doida pras minhas unhas crescerem mais e eu conseguir fotos não lindas dele, em outros ângulos! Lindooo, meninas! E foi baratinho, menos de 4 dólares!
Super bem pigmentado, com 2 camadas já ficou perfeito! Finalizei com a base pra glitter da 5cinco e depois seche-vite.
