Milky Way core over Fortaleza Canyon.
This night photography section at Canion Fortaleza was one of the most technically challenging I have ever participated in. Due to the fog that covered the 900 meters deep of this Canyon, the humility of the air was so great that it fogged the lenses before the end of the captures. Getting images with the landscape well exposed was an arduous task but we managed to produce some beautiful images.

My third try to capture the milky way. In Denmark we had one night without any clouds. So we went out and hike over the dunes and look at 1 million stars. So beautiful :-)
Have a nice friday!
How often you get to experience views like this? Thanks to my friends from Chicago’s Luxury Apartments at 73 East Lake St I was able to spent some quality time at this location . After the sunset and blue hour shoot I stayed a bit longer to capture some of the evening glow. Since it wasn’t easy shooting on this freezing temperatures, I had to spend rest of the night warming up with some good vine and some single malt whiskey. All in all a great evening out spent the way I like it. What do you think?
In Furillen, you see all the SL photographers passing by.... I met Zigs Zags, and finally our long delayed decision to shoot a picture together came true.
I chose the place, Zigs made the poses , and there it is !
Under the magic tree, I seem to show him the place, way over yonder, where the dream of a better life seems possible...

With almost no light pollution, the Needles near Custer South Dakota is a great place to take pictures of the Milky Way.
Panorama of the wonderful night sky with the Milky Way on the Albula Pass in Switzerland at an altitude of 2312 m. A road through the alps massive can be seen. Clouds are illuminated by the famous town St. Moritz which are located behind the snowy mountains of the Suisse Alps.

On a chilly winter morning, Canadian Pacific train 142 soars over Greenville, Maine on the shores of Moosehead Lake. Moosehead is the largest mountain lake in the eastern United States, and Greenville is the biggest locale on the shores, boasting a population of 1,646 people. I have officially been a drone pilot for a full year now, and this was a great way to notch off that timeline marker. In some situations, it really is the best tool for the job.

For whatever reason, I found myself in Chattanooga a few nights ago. I haven't done many night shots for quite awhile and the Walnut Street Walking Bridge in downtown Chattanooga is a great place to do it.
This is a sidewalk just beneath the bridge. I was heading back to my car when I noticed the switchback pattern and the wavy lines on the left. It just struck me as a cool scene.
