Toilet & washing machine & the visible signs of our neighbour's problem: water leaked from the roof into our wall. This has been promised ot be repaired latest by June, but I prefer to let you know what it's like today.

Is it just me or does the inside of my washing machine look kind of like the Millennium Falcon?

Pentax K20D with DA* 16-50mm f/2.8 lens at f/8, 1/180 sec, ISO 100. Strobist with Vivitar 285HV at 1/16 power pointed straight up and placed inside housing at low camera right. Fired with Cactus V4 wireless trigger.

'I see TV ads about detergents that can get blood stains out of your clothes. I say if you have blood stains on your clothes you should be thinking about something other than laundry... like how to get rid of the body first.'

i just noticed the green bottle was kept in the top of the washing maching which covers the reading lights so it was quite interesting to c ...so got in to my collection now

This is just part of the control panel for our washing machine. It has 14 main programmes. For each of these there are four aspects you can vary, in multiple ways. The maths escapes me, but I suspect there may be at least several hundred combinations. We use two.
