Looking over Dawn's Studio for an upcoming project, I started shooting randomly.
The composition, lighting and placement of object and subjects of this snap just resonated loudly. As I looked into the picture the remnants of an old refrain rang over and over in my head. I had to Google the phrase, and there it was.

My husband finally persuaded me to go for a long walk this morning, it was very crisp but a beautiful day and I did feel better afterwards!

I did the walk around the Lynn Lane Reservoir Loop which is 2.6 miles, took the camera bag not knowing what I might see.

I'm taking one last walk at the home that I love. Musset and I are rarely on SL anymore as we share our time together daily in our real life.
A large home is best when it is able to be enjoyed by someone that is on more due to its beauty.
Near the lower end of The Lady’s Walk, beech trees cling to the steeply sloping hill, this is a favourite walk for many local people and visitors to the attractive village of Montacute.
Known as "The Vista" this elegant walk takes you quite far down the hill from the Walled Garden to a beautiful viewing area of the Hudson River and the Palisades across the way. About 3/4s of the way down you will see remnants of the rose garden off to the right and a decorative gate that leads you to a lower street and the Greystone train station on Metro North. At present that gate is locked and the entry is not used.
Nearly a two mile walk from the car park to the Newborough lighthouse on Llanddwyn Island, Anglesey. Then the walk back in the dark with the threat of the incoming tide to worry about. So glad I was persuaded to do the walk as it was a fabulous location.

She walked alone on the beach this day, clearing her thoughts of what was. The sea air filled her senses. The sound surrounding her every step along the way. The sand beneath her feet reminded her of days gone by. The salt air filled her nostrils only to keep her grounded. The sights pleased her. And the day passed on.
