"This is the best Autumn for colour". I'm hearing this said often hereabouts. So I dug out one of last year's postings to look at, from the same time of year.

How does it compare?

A woman and her dog pause from their early morning walk through Tecumseh, Ontario’s Lakeview Park long enough to take in the view just as the sun rises over Lake St. Clair.

And we cannot just walk on by pretending we do not see it"

This sunrise walk on a mountain road was very enjoyable ... there was more mist than last time ... & the black bears decided not to eat me for breakfast ... wild berries are now ripening ... the bears would much rather gobble sweet, juicy berries than eat some old man with a camera :-))

Thanks for the visit ....have a nice day :-)

If you see me walking down the street

And I start to cry each time we meet

Walk on by, walk on by

Make believe

That you don't see the tears

Just let me grieve

In private 'cause each time I see you

I break down and cry

Walk on by [(don't stop)]

Gone for a fresh and casual look today. And I mean this hair tho! Lovin' the messy and minimal vibes combined :3

Location: Dawn's Studio

Looking over Dawn's Studio for an upcoming project, I started shooting randomly.

The composition, lighting and placement of object and subjects of this snap just resonated loudly. As I looked into the picture the remnants of an old refrain rang over and over in my head. I had to Google the phrase, and there it was.

What do you think?

Walk Away

-Matt Monro-

Walk away, please go

Before you throw your life away

A life that I could share for just a day

We should have met some years ago

For your sake I say

Walk away, just go

Walk away, and live

A life that's full

With no regret

Don't look back at me

Just try to forget

Why build a dream that cannot come true

So be strong, reach the stars now

Walk away, walk on

If I heard your voice

I'd beg you to stay

So don't say a word

Just run, run away

Goodbye my love

My tears will fall

Now that you've gone

I can't help but cry

But I must go on

I'm sad that I have, after searching so long

You, I love you, but told you

Walk away, walk on, walk on

She walks in beauty, like the night

Of cloudless climes and starry skies;

And all that’s best of dark and bright

Meet in her aspect and her eyes;

Thus mellowed to that tender light

Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

We did the walk counter clockwise. Here we are looking in the direction of Llyn Ogwyn, which is just visible between the rocks. Well, a tiny bit of it ...
