2nd engine is done, and the rear is starting to be showable...
I like how the engines are built and how they look, even if the trans blue "disk" should have been pushed back a few studs, but the internal structure prevented it. Anyway, it looks cool like this so it will stay like this.
For the record, I used 100+ 1x2 trans light blue plates per engine.
What could it be?
I just started building this this morning. It's actually incredibly hard. The pixels for the real thing are in various lengths; there not all the same size. I'm running low on white tiles, so this may take longer then planned. Should be about a foot long when finished.

Another work in progress, this one will sit at the middle of a themepark.
Whilst i know a lot of others have done smaller versions, I wanted mine to be based on the logo version they used. And to explore the fun possibilities for incorporating lighting.
Oh, things, I should maybe highlight, the use of the stud shooter triggers as part of the wall details.
Here's my in progress Whiplash and I'm really hoping to get him completed before BrickCon. I still need to add some parts to the base and tighten-up some details on the fig and proper placement. I'm really happy with how his whips turned out. More pictures when he's completed. :)

I personally dont like gunmetal color on helmets. It is Vallejo Gummetal grey but I would personally use just dark grey or dark green for it, but it is your call.
Some cleanup still needs to be done wirh camo where I painted over some areas
Stirnpanzer straps will be brown ans I will paint shadows on Model 8 helmet
^w^ Lalala~ Working on some more custom Obitsu heads to sell! This one and the next one after it have a shared theme; stars! The two of them together are meant to represent the constellation Gemini. This one is the "left twin" and I call them "Pollux" after the star that makes the "head" of the left twin. They have their half of the Gemini constellation on their right cheek and their counterpart, Castor, has their half on their left cheek. When you have the two heads side-by side they complete the constellation ^u^
Anyways, I'm working on the other twin now but I thought i'd snap a WIP shot of this little one before I take them out for sealing again~
*u* I think i might try making custom wigs to go with these two little ones as well! I think I have some colors on hand that would go great with their colors!

Something I am working on. It has a mori-girl style but I've added some details I've used before in some of my gypsy outfits; like a faux leather belt with strings, ribbons and trinkets hanging.

My diorama WIP. It's basically an apocolypse diorama, and the building is a sort of a base. Features include: A real sliding door, a broken down fence, bullet holes in the building, SNOT windows (Yum!) and a giant hole in the wall!!....You think that last feature is the best, don't ya! xD It's on a 32x32 baseplate, and I need to know what to have on the rest! Tell me what you think I should put on it.
GHL Freighter and current WIP. I put some lights in the docking bays, next job is to cover the sphere in greebles. Yummy :)

Die 56 steht nun schon etwas länger auf meinem Schreibtisch, wurde aber in den letzten Wochen erst vorzeigbar. Während die Lok selbst so gut wie fertig ist, ignorieren wir besser den Aspekt, dass der Tender (und damit auch das Antriebskonzept) noch vollständig fehlen. Dafür habe ich mich am Kessel mit Zweckentfremdungen voll ausgetobt: nebst den normalen Bars, flexiblen Schläuchen und Minifighänden sind Töpfe, Rollschuhe, Würstchen und eine 12l Angel verbaut. Die Lok ist meine erste, die ein Gestänge von Bricks-on-Rails verwendet, mit dem ich sehr zufrieden bin und eine weitere in der Liste von in Rheinhessen gefahrenen Loks, die ich nachbauen möchte.
Hope to get this finished this week and stitched into a cushion. I've got a few other WIP's that need completing too.

Approx 40 hours to complete (although I'm taking longer after committing the rookie error of turning my stitching on it's side to do the border, and then having to unpick it all because the stitches ran in the wrong direction)
Bodices sewn! Now to make the skirts, attach them, sew details, and give them a final steaming for shape.
Hello everyone!
So, for the past year or so, things have been pretty busy, and I've barely had time to even touch my Lego collection. School has been super stressful and crazy, and it's just something that needs to be first over Lego for now. But even when I have been able to build, I've struggled with actually being able to build anything. My brain freezes every time I try. A long time ago I posted a pic of a WIP I was working on, but I have since destroyed that, and I'm starting over. I think what stumped me was the fact that I was trying to build something without starting with a good base, which was probably the most stupid decision I could have made haha.
I am now working on something similar, although this time I didn't build a single thing until I had "solid" base (I say "sold" because it's not incredibly strong by itself, but once there are bricks on it it will be). Now, I might be trying to do something really crazy, especially since I haven't been able to build, but I'm trying to do it anyway. For the people that know me from years ago, I was a part of the LoM. Heck, I don't even know what the status is on that awesome RPG group (if it's still active or not), but I wanted to finish my story. I don't care if anyone reads it or even remembers my story, I just want to finish it, you know?
So! That's the plan for the next few weeks. Since school is the top of my priorities on the weekdays, I have no time to build then. But! I can usually get in a few hours on the weekends. I'm all done for now, so it will have to sit for a few days before I can touch it again.
Anyway, this is just a WIP of what I have so far. As you can probably tell, I'm planning on a castle (Kilas Dirth to be specific... you know... from that ancient story I wrote so long ago? :P). In the background, you can see an outline of the two towers (in grey plates) that will make up the castle, but hopefully I'll have some more walls and stuff behind it. Should look good if I can do it. :)
There isn't really enough built to be asking for input, in my opinion, but maybe I'm wrong. Boulders look pretty sick, though, although this isn't a great picture, so sorry about that. :P I mainly posted this because I told my friend Graeme I'd post a picture of it this weekend. Sorry I'm a little late pal haha. Huge shout out to this guy for being a great encourager (even if you didn't realize it, Graeme). His kind words really inspired me to try again and see if I could remember what little talent I had before. Thanks so much for believing in me Graeme!!

PS: So I may have been inactive in terms of building, but I have been buying pieces. :P Found a great deal for 1x2 sand green plates, and I got a ton. Also bought a few hundred 2x2 light bley tiles; the only thing I'm really worried about is the castle itself. Hopefully I have enough bricks to actually build it all.
