WIP towel for the 4th of July. We have a couple parties to go to and when I saw these patterns from Wild Olive I just had to get them. I used a water soluble pen to trace the patterns and didn't erase it ( the blue marks around the patterns.)
Now she just needs new eye chips and the scalp has to be glued back on.
I'll also have to find a name for her.

Both internal shells are covered with 1/8" thick Paulownia veneer.
I'm making a wooden box for my high-grade ceramic gauge blocks.
This was intended to be a proto-type new product for my shop (see profile for link) but its turning out to be a little too time-comsuming - maybe thats the half way through blues talking.
It is starting to look like its all coming together so I'll keep going. It's (hopefully) going to be a clock cushion, I'm going to set the hands to the time of birth of someone's baby, and embroider the date and the baby's name on the clock face (or maybe in the side panel of the cushion - not sure yet)
Anyway - I'm loving working with linen - will need to think of more projects!!

A current WIP of mine, i'm not too pleased with the stock or bolt areas, any suggestions would be welcome :D I want to keep the feel of an lmg but with a more streamlined, high speed look.
This is a starfighter I cooked up in an hour and a half Friday. As you can see, it's still a WIP as I finalize colors and stuff. As of 9 / 13 / 06, I went back and dissassembled it to fix the colors. Changes include: white wings and engines, color coordinated stripe of red on the back, color-coordinated back, and non-faded white bricks like you can see in this photo.
