WIP for La vie en Pose!

Normally I'd try to avoid to post something that is so blatant WIP it hurts... but yeah, I couldn't resist.

This will be the God of Ice - in the far away future that is :B

I had to hijack Alessa [my Grandma's Soom Ai for the job, so that's part of the reason the poor thing is so covered up]. The only two things that belong to the God of ice are the Soom Keny skull mask and the Carbon hooves [both painted by Ara] - the rest is stolen from other dolls.

I'm contemplating about the Soom Hati/Skoll SO for the job... but in reality I'm dreaming of a Volks Little Alice. We'll see :B

Wip for my unnamed Jaeger :D Cracked opened 2 sets of green dragon and put in some of my own parts as well!

WIP Christmas outfit, been working on it for a few days. I don't think I want to work with silk velvet in this scale again, is very tricky and time consuming! So extremely difficult to get that amount of velvet gathered to the waistline... 😂 Most of the work is done, need to do detailing and a few other pieces.

Not really an update, but you could spot something new...

I needed to work on the internal structure so I striped the ship of all its modules (except for two on its belly) and thought it would be a good idea to show how I work in a modular way.

I'm working how the engines section, so you can expect some progress pictures soon.

Tips? I will be finishing the tree in back, adding at least two more trees as well as smaller plants and expanding the landscape. The placement of the grass stalk tree isn't final yet.

And yes, the water is Lego. Instructions packaging material, to be precise.

These are some Kikipop pants I've been working on that will go along with a lavender gauze tunic top.

I hope to have 3 sets done by the end of the week, two Kikipop and one MSD. I didn't really get a chance to work on them last month because of how busy it was, but I'll list them as soon as I'm done.

A few more quick pictures. I wish the model weren't so darned reflective, but here goes.

Changes:

-New Cockpit: Now fully enclosed, though I now wish Lego made un-fogged versions of the chosen windscreen.

-Engine Mounts: The engines are now mounted to the body using a sturdier system. Now it dosen't have a tendancy to collapse under it's own weight, and I was able to move the engine assembly foreward.

-Wingtips: The wingtips are now capped by hinge-tops.

Hello beauties! We need to catch up.

I've recently been tested positive for Covid-19. I've been quarantined & battling with all the symptoms that come with the virus, hence why I haven't released much this month. I'm happy to say that I am slowly but surely healing! Now that I am able to finally start creating again I wanted to show you all a little WIP! WIP of some custom dolls I'm working on. The two Wintery heads I got this Christmas are going to become the King Chess pieces. The NS one...the White King with his merciless queen by his side.. and the black king with an army of lethal knights.

It's been fun so far, although a bit pain staking. I'll probably get these guys re-homed too once they're done. ^^

A project for Vintage Fair In June, possibly. This is a work-in-progress screenshot from blender. I've finished unwrapping, and am fine tuning materials before rendering.

I'd love to see this filled with kitschy vintage knicknacks :)
