I'm sitting at my husband's place of business, waiting for his lunch, thinking about my personal photography. I think my favorite subject is childhood, but not the perfect serenity of professional shoots. I like the whimsy and the fantasy and the absurdity and the messes and the innocence and the mundane. And while they are not available at this time, my girls are my usual inspiration and co-conspirators. And if I could go back, my childhood is what I would snap. Just me and friends, biking, swimming, playing, or even watching tv. The everyday moments.
