Sakura Days Japan Fair, except all the cherry blossoms were finished, but the walk around the gardens was pleasant.
VanDusen Gardens, Vancouver, BC
Spent my Labor Day road trip’n in Oregon. I walked to the top of these falls, an incredible experience!
This is Wadsworth falls in Middlefield, CT. I had to wait for a good soaking to do some water falling. This place was reduced down to a trickle just a few days ago, but thanks to a good storm passing through the area, it started looking again like a waterfall. Unfortunately with the rains came strong winds and knocked down almost all of the leaves.
Sunlight baths the pretty Elakala Falls in West Virginia. For this exposure kept the shutter speed to 1s to show the speed and flow details.

Behind this picture is a well-spent day. I had to go through a deep forest for this waterfall. I planned the route on the map, but it was different in reality. There were not paths in the forest. I was lose several times, but eventually I found the waterfall. I will be happy for your comments. Thank you!
First day, first hot spot for photography in Iceland. Everything from arrival to the journey starting point has been great. I travelled along with four other photographers and Jarrod Casting, international well know photographer. He organized everything and I can't thank him enough for the fantastic five days. I am actually planning my second trip and workshops with him, pretty soon.
We did a quick stop in the Thingvellir National Park and headed to Oxararfoss Waterfall. The landscape is just terrific, lots to see. It is actually breathtaking. It is like living in a non existing world such is the diversity of things you can see in just few miles. Can't wait to publish more pictures.

Waterfall located in Ohiopyle State Park. First time to visit this fall. Nice peaceful hike in about 1-1/2 miles. Cant wait to visit this one again
We decided to venture out to the top of this waterfall early one morning on our trip to Mexico. We left well before dawn which was fortunate since the road was much rougher than we expected. We had to slowly creep along in our rental sedan. Finally, the road just got too rocky and muddy so we walked the last mile. The hike out to the waterfall was beautiful with travertine cascades all along. But the view at the end of the trail was spectacular - a huge waterfall plunging into a verdant canyon. It was difficult to take shots here with all the mist and moisture, but I managed to get a few clean frames. On the hike back out we were treated to groups of green macaws flying through the trees. What a magical morning!
