Shishigawa-Keikoku
There is in northern from of Nobeoka City, in this gorge, which is apporoximately 2km along Shishigawa(river),is formed by white granite,and the clear stream is very beautiful and can enjoy the scenery of four seasons.
Lone Pine, California is a wonderland of landscape beauty with many wonderful compositions just minutes away. Lone Pine Creek cascades through the Mt. Whitney Portal in a series of beautiful waterfalls. On this day the temperature was below freezing and the rocks were crusted with ice as the water continued to flow. The ice was a beautiful addition to the falls and an obstacle for getting a good placement of my camera to photograph them. With a good tripod and a few dry rocks, I was able to capture this one.

Die Steine am Aussichtspunkt sind etwas glitschig und so kam es bei enem Sturz meiner Frau zu einer kaputten Brille und einem Cut über dem Auge (zum großen Glück über dem Auge !!!). Wir sind dann zu einer Ärztin in Norwegen gefahren die den Cut dann klammerte. Sie fragte aber mehrmals nach ob es wirklich bei einem Sturz passierte ;-)
Here we are at the Hohwald waterfall which is one of the most visited in my region.Don't easy to take some photos without any visitor, so I had to come back in late afternoon to take this one. I did use the a little stopper from Lee to get the long exposure. Hope you enjoy, thanks in advance for your favs and comments.
There are impressive waterfalls not only directly in the Plitvice National Park, but also in the further course of the Korana below the officially accessible part of the park, which you can easily hike through.
Imposante Wasserfälle gibt es nicht nur direkt im Plitvice Nationalpark, sondern auch im weiteren Verlauf der Korana unterhalb des offiziell zugänglich Teil des Parks, den man aber einfach erwandern kann.
This waterfall was nestled in a small park that was in a relatively urban setting outside Hilo. As with many things on Hawai'i, though, it doesn't take much to create a wonderful scene.

This has to be my most-photographed waterfall. I even photographed it in a painting-with-light photography session in the pitch dark. Unfortunately that session resulted in one flash falling into the water at the top of the waterfall and me falling into the pool at the foot of the waterfall. It was an interesting night to be sure!.

The waterfall can be found about half-way up the lower part of Pucks Glen in Argyll, Scotland.
This is Wadsworth falls in Middlefield, CT. I had to wait for a good soaking to do some water falling. This place was reduced down to a trickle just a few days ago, but thanks to a good storm passing through the area, it started looking again like a waterfall. Unfortunately with the rains came strong winds and knocked down almost all of the leaves.
Erst einmal: dieser September war extrem verregnet wie das gesamte Jahr, so versicherte man uns von allen Seiten. Aber ich glaube, jeder, der nach Irland fährt, bekommt dies zu hören. Ich war auf schlechtes Wetter eingestellt, aber hatte immer noch im tiefsten Inneren die Hoffnung, dass der Wind die dicken Wolken einmal am Tag weg fegen würde.
Der Vorteil: Man konnte ausschlafen bis 16 Uhr, da sich die Sonne meist erst ab 17 Uhr für 30 Minuten zeigte.
Am 28. September war der Nebel und der einhergehende Regen so dick, dass wir uns nach Killarney aufmachten, um den Nachmittag wenigstens in einem Craft-Shop zu verbringen, Pullover und Schals probierend. Und siehe da, während wir uns immer mehr von einer ätzend vernebelten Küste entfernten, klarte das Wetter auf, um ..... hahaha, was kommt jetzt? .... in Killarney wieder auf Regen zu switchen. Also die Schönheiten der Gegend von Killarney kenne ich nur aus dem Prospekt. Nichtsdestotrotz, wenn man ganz nah dran kommt, wird sogar ein Wasserfall im Regen schön.
Dies ist der Torc Waterfall (irisch Easach Toirc) am Fuße des Torc Mountain, ungefähr 8,0 km von Killarney im County Kerry in Irland. Der Wasserfall befindet sich inmitten des Killarney National Park. Auf Grund des einfachen Zugangs und der nahe gelegenen Parkplätze ist der Torc Waterfall eine beliebte Attraktion bei Wanderern und Tourbusgruppen.
