There's a series of lakes, at some point in history tributaries, just near the east heating plant, in Zagreb. I've wanted to visit that part of the city for quite some time, more than a few years, but somehow, I managed to do that just recently. Here's a heating plant's 202 meters tall chimney, reflecting in one of the bigger lakes, ex-tributaries.

Sunny days are great for photo-walks through the countryside, and even better for attempts in getting the best bokeh-shots out of unassuming lenses. Not bad for a slow zoom lens.

A church in Dragonoš village, in the middle of the mountain range between Samobor, Žumberak and Jastrebarsko. Taken sometime in the summer of 1999, on a trek with my parents and brother, from Žitnica mountain lodge some 3 km away. Developed in Fomadon R09, 1+100 for 120+ minutes, with continuous agitation for the first minute, and a few inversions at first two half-hour marks.
Recently, I've been developing black & white film I have in queue, and I dropped a ball with this one - I got sloppy, left it in the developer for more than full two hours, and concluded a few more agitations will be needed. Apparently, there was too much agitation, grain is overwhelming. Then I got sloppy while fixing the film, too, I forgot a few inversions, and apparently, my fixer was near the end of its life and I failed to realize that. I even got impatient, didn't wash the film enough with demineralized water, so I have drying stains all over the emulsion. A few days later, I realized my film is still partially purple, meaning it wasn't fixed enough, so off it went into another 10 minutes of fixing in the exhausted fixer. That solved purple tint issue and most of drying stains, but it took me some time and a few not really gentle attempts to load the film on the reels. So, this poor film took quite a lot of beating and scratching, but that's not all of it - just wait for the other one I developed with this one, that one took even more punishment.

Winter walk to the lake. The lake was partially frozen, the day was dark and gloomy, and my film is unevenly developed - I'd say, I mixed a bit too strong dilution. Oh well, that's the charm of analogue photography and developing at home.
