These images are from a project that involved showing the progression of time over a series of photographs. I took photos of my work station over the morning, blurring the left side as I had broken my left wrist. I then overlaid acetate with the time the photo was taken.

With its endless power to stimulate the mind and evoke intense emotions, it is the strong personal connection I have to music that forms the core focus of my work. My creative enquiry involves listening to and observing others move to music, before translating what I see, hear and feel in that moment onto paper or through a camera in the form of expressive lines, shapes, patterns and textures. With laser cutting and engraving as key processes, I explore ways to layer this imagery in order to create 'visual soundscapes' that reflect this spontaneous emotional response, encased within self-imposed spatial blocks that momentarily define each series of impulsive reactions.

I walked over to the table to see the newspaper and the title read
"Reagan Death Shakes the Nation" and a patient with visual hallucination would see the same exact title but because they have visual distortion they would see something entirely different.

Malachi Williams, commander of the U.S. Army Drill Team, walks through the formation as bayonet equipped rifles are flipped inches away from his face during the Drill Team performace at New York City Hall, New York City, N.Y., on July 9, 2026. The performance supported U.S. Army Recruiting Command during Sail250, a maritime celebration commemorating America's 250th anniversary, and provided an opportunity for the Drill Team to engage with multinational partners and visitors throughout the weekend.
