From the cab of the beautifully restored C&O Railway EMD SD-40 #7534, which is sitting on the grounds of the Chesapeake and Ohio Historical Society's Heritage Center, a westbound CSX empty coal train slowly makes its way into Clifton Forge, Virginia, for its timely crew change and servicing on the morning of August 6, 2020.

A glorious early Spring day in Chipping where the punters at the busy Cobbled Corner cafe appear oblivious to Vision YY74 UPH edging by as it sets out for Clitheroe.
It's said that the eyes are the mirror of the soul.
But this is actually the tunnel leading to the opera house in Oslo that has found its way into my eye.

It was acquired by the Ensign Bus Company Limited (a Purfleet based dealer) in December 2014, was acquired by Marchants Coaches Limited (a Cheltenham based operator) in December 2014 and acquired by UK Coachways Limited (a Horwich based operator operating as Vision Bus) in March 2018. UK Coachways Limited’s Vision Bus operations were transferred to Vision Bus Ltd in March 2018 and YJ57 XVS entered service in April 2018

A zoetrope is a device that produces an illusion of action from a rapid succession of static pictures.
..........It consists of a cylinder with images from a set of sequenced drawings.
.....As the cylinder spins the user looks and sees a rapid succession of images producing an illusion of motion.
..........The earliest projected moving images were displayed by using a 'magic lantern' zoetrope.
.....It was this principle of the ' Persistence of vision ' that was the forerunner to the earliest Television pictures.
There are those rare moments in life when you are allowed to see a glimpse of something extraordinary. This reflection was that for me. I could see this droplet from a distance and was able to take quite a few shots of it (as can be evidenced by the abundance of them below). Droplets that contain part of the plant are unique. Here I was able to get the magnification of the stem as well as the reflection of forest in the background. This duo of visions created a depth of images that entranced my senses. O, how I'm enjoying the fresh drizzle of life that envelops my world this time of year.

It was transferred to the East London Bus & Coach Company Limited as number 15088 in May 2014 and was withdrawn from service in March 2019. It was acquired by the Ensign Bus Company Limited (a Purfleet based dealer) in April 2019 and acquired by Vision Bus Ltd in July 2019. The seating was altered from H41/22D by the Ensign Bus Company Limited during July / August 2019 and it was delivered to Vision Bus Ltd in August 2019
