Just a short clip I made with stuff I had for fun. I need to go in-world and visit my friends but I've been so busy with my niece having a baby and other stuff I've had to do.
I have had time to swim this summer and play with water guns. I love water gun fights! So does my avatar - lol!
I'm posting and leaving - but I'll be back for sure this time. I've had more time to spend on Flickr and I love it.
I'm careful with not getting too many contacts because I know I can only handle about 500 or so if I really want to see my contacts' art. Please don't be offended if you notice I don't follow you anymore. I haven't dropped many - just the ones I never hear from.

On April 9th, I premiered my installation at Dominion Art Gallery, titled "Inspiration". This installation was created via visual cues taken from the wardrobe styling, album art, performance photos, music videos, and promotional imagery put forth by these artists. I'll be releasing all 8 images, one at a time, and today is the seventh.
This installation can be seen at Dominion Art Gallery, which includes a 3D interactive build corresponding with the images, in addition to some fun gifts at the entrance (in the treasure chest). Check it out here:

This seventh image is my interpretation of Marie-Pierra Kakoma, the singer/songwriter from French act Lous and the Yakuza, and is inspired by their video for the song Solo, found here:
I know very little French, so I've had to translate most of their songs, but I don't mind. Something about their music makes it so I feel I can understand the vibe without even knowing the words. The video for Solo, however, contains English subtitles. I love the lyrics.
For this image, I styled my av, made the pose, created an EEP for environmental lighting, made lights for the set, photographed, and did the editing after.

Surely, one of the coolest cars I've had the opportunity to capture in 360degrees. Not in perfect condition, in fact rather a project car as the engine and hood were missing. But then again, this car was almost 50 years old and certainly worthy of my efforts!

After a long day at work. John returns back home.
John: “Martha, I noticed broken pieces of glasses in the kitchen. Is everything alright?“
Martha: “Yes.”
John: “Are you sure you did not hurt yourself? Lemme see your hands.”
John squeezes Martha's shoulder and grabs her hands to take a look. But she withdraws from him. She wanted to be let alone. She was cold.
The previous day John had seen Martha with another man. Well, he did not have to see it. He knew something was up.
There was just no more energy in him to fight for her. There is just one thing he knows best. And that is to drink and sleep it off. Because he truly believed closing his eyes would somehow make things better. On his sleep, he dreamed about running away from a cage. He was screaming for Martha. You see there is something about John. He always wanted to be a saviour. Despite the enormous amount of self-loathing, somewhere deep inside the fabrics of his beliefs, he was one. He never thought too much about whether he has got what it takes to be one. But when he has to think about it, he runs away from those thoughts too.
The next morning he woke up, on an empty bed. He woke up to the sight of a clumsy room, with half of the wardrobe empty and some of his clothes and underwear on the floor. The scent of his room was intact though. This is probably the last time the room would ever smell of Martha. Only the last few months, there was an additional scent mixed in the air. It was a strong Musk. Musk gave john a headache and he would never wear one. It was probably the scent of the other man.
Maybe now he learned that closing his eyes wouldn’t make his problems disappear. Did he? We’ll never know.
He went about to make coffee just like any other day. Except, just one cup instead of two. He found a letter written by Martha, with her copy of the house keys as a weight over it. The house
The letter reads:
“John. You know that this has been coming right? I tried warning you, many times. Not once not twice. I am unhappy with you, John. You probably know who I am going with. Do not come searching for me.
I am tired of waiting for you to get back from work. I am tired of your broken promises. I wish you could prioritise things in life for once. You are not ready for me, you are not ready for anybody.
I struggled so much to be there for you. But I just can’t do this anymore. I deserve some happiness in life. I wish you a good life.”
John read these letters as he sipped his coffee. He realised that he needs more sugar in his coffee. He started thinking about all the things he needs to get done at his workplace. He hummed a tune of the song he heard on the radio that he liked, 3 days ago, and tried to find the song on the Shazam app.
