I guess I won't be using the Ubuntu 9.04 "Computer Janitor". It wants to remove my flash plugin, adobe air, bbc iplayer desktop, seesmic desktop, skype, truecrypt, and virtualbox.
As I'd all of these under "use pretty much daily", they stay, and Janitor never gets opened again ;-)

VMware to Virtualbox Tutorial.
This is my quad operating system running Sabayon Linux, Vista and Belenix (OpenSolaris with a KDE front end) as well as Leopard
The theme which I designed myself is called Sentinel and is based around the machines from the Matrix movie.
The plugins I use are:
Compiz-Fusion
SuperKaramba
Cairo-Dock
Emerald
VirtualBox
VMware
I use Sabayon as the main OS and Vista, Leopard and Belenix as virtual machines.

This is my B&W desktop showing Windows XP running in VirtualBox for OS X.
I use two spaces in order to run the Windows desktop fullscreen. I use various sets of black icons and custom icons for my dock.

Linux Mint (una muy buena distribución de GNU/Linux derivada de Ubuntu) corriendo VirtualBox. Dentro de esta máquina virtual, un Windows XP tuneado (Suricata) y dentro de él, el iTunes. Es que no puedo vivir sin mi iPod Touch. :-)
Son muchas molestias, pero es lo mejor para escuchar podcasts, ver videopodcasts o series de TV (el subtitulado es demasiado pequeño), y los blogs, o en ausencia de redes WiFi abiertas, buenos son los artículos con "Read It Later".
Lo que se ve de Linux Mint, con menúes arriba como tiene Ubuntu no es lo que viene predeterminado. Lo cambié a mi gusto... Mint es muy fácil. Lo recomiendo.

How many Ubuntu flavors can I run at once?
This is Virtualbox-OSE running on top of Ubuntu Intrepid x64. Guest OSes are OpenGEU (a flavor of Ubuntu that uses the Enlightenment DR 17 window manager), eeebuntu (a flavor of ubuntu aimed at ASUS eee pc's), and Ubuntu Hardy Heron i386.
Next up: I need to find a legitimate Windows XP license to run XP in virtualbox's "seamless" mode.
Performance isn't too bad, actually.
