Living as a Virgo means embracing a life of meticulous attention to detail and a deep sense of responsibility. Virgos are known for their analytical minds and methodical approach to life, often thriving in environments where precision and organization are paramount. They have a natural inclination towards helping others, driven by their innate sense of duty and practicality. This earth sign values order and efficiency, often finding satisfaction in perfecting their surroundings and routines. While their critical nature can sometimes be perceived as overly exacting, it stems from a genuine desire to achieve the best outcomes. Virgos often lead by example, showing dedication and diligence in everything they do, which can inspire those around them to strive for excellence. Balancing their need for perfection with the acceptance of life’s imperfections is a continuous journey for a Virgo, but their grounded and reliable nature makes them steadfast friends and partners.

Beautiful Demoiselle, male.Valongo, northern Portugal.

This is a cropped version of the original image. Sorry for the poor crop on the left side, but I wanted to include the galaxy NGC 4212. I like the UFO like appearance of the three galaxies lower right of center. I plan to add annotation when the add notes option of Flickr gets fixed. Imaged at Grandview Campground California in May 2014.

I needed to take a shot of A like this, to capture how absolutely tiny I am finding him.

I know he is not a horribly tiny baby to most, but compared to my other kids, he seems miniscule - little head, little legs...he is just so newborny to me.

My other kids were big, bouncy babies from the start so this is just novel to us.

I actually have to go out and buy some clothing for him...everything we have is too big. I bought almost no 0-3 months clothing because, again, my other kids skipped that size completely.

Anyways - check out those little legs:)

Some of the larger parts of the Virgo are still present, rusted and collect bits of rope and fishing net.

This is the smallest of the crane species. Photographed on 24 Dec 2022 at Vadla, Nalsarovar, Gujrat, India

Maybe a topical photo this. This week there was a cargo ship that almost ran aground near Mimizan on the Atlantic coast of Aquitaine. This would not have been the first and this this photo shows the remains of the Virgo that ran aground on the night of 1st December 1976. This is what is left! The BIG storm of that night also sank the Apollonian Wave which is close by, but only visible at low tide.
