So, it's a throwaway shot from my iPhone because: I've just finished reading the wonderful Skyfaring by Mark Vanhoenacker and it's such a beautifully written book all about his love of flying 747s and his being a passenger looking out of the window, also, I noticed the Flickr Friday theme just before we set off from Pisa today, my camera was buried in the overhead lockers and finally, no-one else appears to have posted one of these for the theme yet so I thought I'd get in there first.
this is what I saw last year from my window, today there are grey skies, light breeze, no rain, (rained all night ) and the temperature is 6.5 Celsius. I'm drinking tea and nibbling on homemade shortbread with an occasional break for a nose blow 'cuz I got a lousy cold which is a big improvement on last weeks doubleheader of migraines, so, no complaints :)
The topic for Flickr Friday is view from my window, and most of the time, our shepherd Roma is part of that view; this is her favorite observation post.
