Most of the ingredients are for the Versatile Chicken Toscana, but some do double duty in the Balsamic Chicken. You'll need the following: 4 pack of chicken breast (I buy mine at Whole Foods, as I find them to be of better quality), 1 lemon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a couple of handfuls of fresh herbs (typically basil, thyme, oregano and rosemary - but the mix is up to you - sometimes I use basil alone, and it's definitely my preference for these dishes), a head of garlic, salt and pepper, garbanzo/kidney/cannellini beans or mix thereof, red onion, and if desired, one poblano pepper. The poblano is not used in the basic Toscana recipe, but I wanted to add some mild heat tonight, so I threw it in...

Aproximately 35 Army Reserve Soldiers from the 412th and 416th Theater Engineer Commands conducted a land navigation course through the hilly woods of Fort McCoy, Wis., April 27 as part of the 2015 Combined Theater Engineer Commands' (TEC) Best Warrior Competition, which lasted from April 25 to 29.
