Bought second hand from ICI, at very low mileage, for a local shunting job that didn't warrant a new lorry, the 8LXB-engined motor served for several years before being sold onto John Killingbeck for further service
(today, 3 little Rovers, for the price of one ^^)
I was running out of idea, so I jump on an obvious archetyp : NASA Moon Rover !
It didn't turn too good, however, as I couldn't prevent myself to go the weird Crimso side of the force ^^
All the best for 2016 guys..who knows what awaits us all, let's hope it's a good year.
Old photo I found on Google, the tank was broken apart for another project, cam was too spaced out..should have done it in chunks..well hindsight is a great thing. Maybe I will re-do this one in the future.
I've not been on Flickr much and it's due to a great opportunity ive taken that is a challenge of a lifetime, will explain later next year all being well ; )
I am still alive though lol and checking builds when time permits quickly but often it's just extremely quickly, hopefully I do get to build a few models in 2016, I'm going to try focus on a few older models I've never finished and you guys have never seen..fingers crossed on that lol, I've built a lot of work I'm extremely proud of and others I'd like to try in the future and I'm still a Lego addict so will be going nowhere. Don't like me or my ways or stream it's simple...go away and waste your own time being a bee-otch and a hater..I will lose no sleep over it but I might from your momma ringing me for some sweet loving 😉
You'll find if you only fave my work you will get the same back for 2016 😉
Two route branded buses arrive on North Bridge with Volvo B7TL, Wrightbus Eclipse Gemini number 823 (SN56 AHJ) working Service 37 at the front of the queue and Volvo B7RLE, Wright Urban Eclipse number 149 (SK07 CGF) at the rear.
Buggies and wheelchairs are all welcome on Lothian Buses and many new and newly refurbished buses have room for both, if the buggy is folded up when inside the vehicle. The subject of buggies is a hot topic these days and I spotted this comment from a user which I thought was rather good:
"I do wonder how on earth bus drivers are meant to be able to look at a buggy and judge whether it's foldable or not".
Well said I'd add and surely it's best if we all just try and help each other in each situation we find
ourselves in.
This mum looks quite happy enough and Eclipse 149 (SK07 CGF) has plenty of room for buggies and wheel chairs. It's all much easier these days without step entrance vehicles for all sorts of people and all of Lothian's buses have low-floor entry and a ramp which can be opened outwards for the disabled.
Twenty-five brand new Enviro 400 MMC vehicles will enter traffic at Folkestone and Hastings on the Wave group of routes on Monday 5th December prompting a carefully orchestrated cascade the same weekend will allow the withdrawal of all non-DDA fleet members meaning the end of the use of the former Manchester Magicbus Tridents.
Approaching what could well be its final week in passenger service with Stagecoach South East, 17634 W634 RND is seen on Minnis Road, Minnis Bay whilst working route 33. Thursday 24th November 2016.

A very sad looking AN68 Atlantean, number 468 at Lathalmond and although some restoration work has been done I understand she has already gone to the scrapyard.
This is rather unfortunate as 465, bought by the Tyne and Wear Bus Preservation, has also been used for spare parts.
A sad ending then for another great work horse in Edinburgh, from the mid 1970's to 1992. I can remember when this fleet group was new just shortly after I left school.

Ford Model AA is a truck from Ford. As the Model T and TT became obsolete and needed to be replaced, Henry Ford began initial designs on the Model A and Model AA in 1926. Basic chassis layout was done rapidly and mechanical development was moved forward quickly. Body design and style was developed and then outsourced to various body manufacturers, including Briggs and Murray. The designs of the Model A shared parts and materials with the Model AA Ford, notably the body, engine and interior. The AA usually received plainer interiors than their car counterparts. The Model AA followed similar design changes to the Model A during the AA's four years in production, often delayed anywhere from three to nine months.[citation needed] The mechanical changes and upgrades were done during production of the vehicles. Body changes that occurred between 1929 and 1930 were also integrated into AA production, but leftover parts were used longer in the heavy commercial trucks. NGT decision to ban 15-year-old vehicles from plying ‘difficult to implement’-NEW DELHI, November 28, 2014.
................"According to sources, while the Transport Department does not have enough manpower to effectively enforce the decision on its own and will require substantial assistance from the police, the latter are worried about where to store these seized vehicles."

A shot I`d not previously uploaded, and probably the last I ever took at this once poular spot at Northampton, which is now out of bounds, and would now no doubt be ruined by shadows of a rather crap looking 'box' which some may consider to be architecture. Anyway, here we have 90043 with 4M45 02:54 Felixstowe-Ditton. 14th August 2013.
