Truly staggering transformation !

I was given a design perameter and told to go for it. I intergrated some faux rocks as decoriave elements and great jumping off points for the kids ! Then

continued the redwood decking into the surrounds, utility covers and BBQ set up. Running the

boards at different tangents incorporated beautifully with the absract geometric shape of the

pool.

In order for local carvers to protect their businesses from future economic crises, Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) research into furniture value chains recommends that producers broaden their product range and increase their visibility to potential buyers at home and abroad. CV Mebel Anak is one business that has successfully achieved this. Owner and designer, Zainuddin Achmad, started to make children's furniture a few years ago. Any size and material (as long as its wood of some sort) you like.

These are a rustic finish but can do veneers, solids and fine finish to spec. Inquire for price.

Quite an improvement;

A; Its done in properly treated Redwood, posts sunk to code depth, and treated to prevent rot. All ends and cuts sealed.

B;

Its a clean modern design that accentuates the mid century modern lines of the house,vastly improved curb appeal and added value

Redwood gates offer elegant cover and practical access to utilities.

This design works well for gates and access doors of most dimensions .

The clients designer threw me a real challenge; Make this look like a rustic brick wall and put some reclaimed lumber shelves in either side, hmmmmm ??

Here you can see how I have incorpoated the desk into the surrounds while leaving plenty of access and storage underneath.

The distressed finish blends well with the exposed brick and raw concrete.

This is only 5 years old !!!

Why ?? Because the contractor cut corners, thats why he built it so cheap. The posts were not treated and rotted out causing structural failure. The fence palings were treated with an inferior product and never maintained. End result ?? Nothing more expensive than a cheap contractor, it looked OK for a hot minute then these guys are long gone. THEN the client had to redo it properly. Look at all that money he 'saved' going with the cheapest quote.

Badly underused and neglected back yard in Simi Valley. Sure they had a pool but the yard was so uninviting the owners felt disinclined to use it.
