1962 Plymouth Valiant. Like them or not, these cars wore styling that was quite singular------nothing else has looked like them, either before or since. Starting with the 1963 model year, the Valiant (and Dodge Dart) was given a much more 'conventional' appearance. The '63 was actually a good restyle, but the 'uniqueness factor' was gone forever.
It was fascinating to photograph this old Plymouth one night only to see it out by Bodega Bay at a beach I shoot sunsets at on another evening. You know: small world. Thanks for having a look!

I really admire this guy...I was skidding around while walking...he just sped by me without a care....ride on valiant sir.
Argentine cosmetic redisign of the Dodge Dart.- Because the U.S. restrictions to export to Franco regime in Spain argentine parts were exported to that country where suffered another cosmetic redisign called Barreiros Dodge Dart.- In Argentina was produced between 1966 and 1969 my father had one 1967 model.- The pic of this Valiant was taken yesterday in Corrientes Ave., Buenos Aires.- This now rare car was not in excelent shape but is still working.-

The superb landscape of the East lancashire Railway and the piece is shattered as 50015 Valiant enhances the scene
Class 68 (Valiant) UK Light in Scotrail Saltire livery on a Pathfinder Charter thunders through Tamworth high level.
This boat is moored up on the eastern bank of the River Torridge in Devon between Bideford and Instow on Sunday 24th March 2019. The viewpoint is on the Tarka Trail, a cycle path that stretches from Braunton in the north to Meeth in the south, and re-uses the track bed of former railways for most of its length.
Once upon a time, the Atlantic Coast Express travelled over the line just here, carrying passengers to Bude, Padstow and other far-flung destinations, many miles from London Waterloo where the train started its journey. The buildings visible on the opposite bank belong to the former shipbuilding yard at Appledore.
