So I bought a new vacuum cleaner a few years back. It is one of those cool Dyson vortex ones. As I was unpacking the machine, I geeked out on how "futuristic" the design of the pieces were. So, I decided that before I used it I would take some shots of the pieces that I found most fascinating. I augmented the "futuristic" feel of the pieces a bit by adding some background of my screen saver. I also set some of the pieces on top of my lighted mousepad to add more color effects. In some shots I also used my air purifier which is a clear globe and matched up well with the design of the vacuum cleaner pieces. I also did a few overexposed shots as if the cylinder was glowing.
I only have good things to say about Handy Andy's Service. And, Quality Service I have received! People in my apartment building tend to heave dead appliances over the hill behind the dumpster. This looked very strange to me, like a frozen robot or mummy....

quite discouraging... But we went in!!! Arjang's mom took me out on this day, first to the Bazar, after that to Golestan Palace, one of the former residence of the Shah.
In the Bazar you can buy just about everything. Jewellery, flags (I didn't go to that part, was way too tred from all the impressions I got in just one hour) all kinds of fruits, vegetables and spices, carpets (of course) artworks, clothes (bought myself two Iranianaccapted shirts - covering my butt- for just 8 euro!), chrystal, vacuumcleaners, pottery, ... Just name it and they have it!
Best quality and best service. I bought it in 1993 and never had a problem. You get what you pay for. DIe Appletastatur ist ja echt schick, und es schreibt sich auch gut darauf, aber man sollte doch dran denken, die Staubsaugerleistung herunterzuregeln, wenn man versucht den – leider viel zu gut sichtbaren – Staub aus der edlen Plexiglashülle zu entfernen. So ne Taste ist schnell eingesaugt...
Der Tastatur gehts übrigens gut: Reinigen – Reinklipsen – Geht wieder.
