My beloved vampire miel arrived yesterday! Thanks to Fabbie who decided to sell me one!
I wanted a small vampire since forever and when I saw this one...I became crazy!LOL!
She has no name yet and not the right wig (i'd like a white one I think)...but I already ADORE her!!!
Any suggestion for a vampire name??
The Vampire has been re-furbished in the workshop and re-assembled but is still to be lettered. Veterans Day at Carlisle Airport, 5th July, 2009.

Vampire at Sunset, captured years back with my Vivitar 3-in-1 Mini Digital Camera. I love how it creates tiny images that look more like miniature oil paintings than photos.

preliminary pics of my Vampire girl root. Her hair is setting now. I used Ice White Saran and Foxglove Lavender Saran I love how this root came out.
If no one wants her (draculaura body included) she'll be going to the bay of evilz.
Vampire Countess (Warhammer Fantasy)
Let the armies of the undead walk again!
I painted her just for fun, right now I don't have a vampire army. So I decided to create a little display base for her as well. My aim with the display base was to create the image of a skeletal army following her just below the surface, ready to burst out any moment.
So I covered a block of wood with some plaster and then arranged lots of bits from the old plastic skeletons around the 4 sides of the block. A rat from a skaven sprue and a zombie hand completed the base. Then I glued some coarse sand around those bits.
To make sure that the base doesn't take away the focus from the countess herself I used a limited, subdued range of colors on it while at the same time using a deep, rich red as main color for the countess' dress. To add even more contrast I used a pale, somewhat purplish skin for the countess. A little bit of blood running down from the corner of her mouth and dripping down onto her chest finished the miniature.
:) after "interview with a vampire", "twilight" and some other ones, i came with the idea of being myself a vampire :)) anyone can bite me ?
[joke] :)) i hope there“s no vampire waiting for victims ..

Happenstance: The one time we walked by the signature area, Vampire Weekend was signing. Just happened to be one of the bands we were all looking forward to seeing.
