Ah, the roses smell so sweet at night Every day after sunset he goes out to feel flower's aroma. Afterlife seems to be even more beautiful! More sounds and flavours he can taste, more free time to carry about roses he has, more poetry he can read and write and the most impotant - he can fly! Eternal hunger and sunphobia are not really big payment for all these features and pleasures. He is full of dreams and ambition like he is much more alive than ever before...
On vampire's buttons you can see family crest. The rose on his chest will never fade, it grows right on his body.
No sewing machine or any other kind of machine was used while creation. Only hands, needles, threads, a lot of different materials and premonition of Halloween.
Vampire Countess (Warhammer Fantasy)
Let the armies of the undead walk again!
I painted her just for fun, right now I don't have a vampire army. So I decided to create a little display base for her as well. My aim with the display base was to create the image of a skeletal army following her just below the surface, ready to burst out any moment.
So I covered a block of wood with some plaster and then arranged lots of bits from the old plastic skeletons around the 4 sides of the block. A rat from a skaven sprue and a zombie hand completed the base. Then I glued some coarse sand around those bits.
To make sure that the base doesn't take away the focus from the countess herself I used a limited, subdued range of colors on it while at the same time using a deep, rich red as main color for the countess' dress. To add even more contrast I used a pale, somewhat purplish skin for the countess. A little bit of blood running down from the corner of her mouth and dripping down onto her chest finished the miniature.
Só o teu sangue mata a minha sede !
Queres que te torne imortal ou perferes viver uma feliz e longa vida comigo?
Amo-te , sempre !

'Lesbian Vampire Killers', directed by Phil Claydon, stars James Corden and Matthew Horne (of 'Gavin and Stacey' fame), alongside Paul McGann ('Withnail and I'). The comedy-horror sees Corden and Horne as two hapless friends caught in the midst of a lesbian vampire siege, in which the village women folk are enslaved, and the duo are sent by the remaining men into the woods as a sacrifice.
MGFX Studio's Matt Lawrence created both the main and end titles for the film, using a style influenced by the old Hammer Horror films.
Bought this figure off eBay as a gift for a friend. Couldn't resist taking a few shots of it first. It's so nice I'm tempted to keep it!

Vampire Weekend, at Oxford Academy. 23 Feb, 2008. This was OK, although the bassist turned round at just the wrong point. Damn shutter lag!
Vampire Weekend, at Oxford Academy. 23 Feb, 2008. Shame about all the noise! The camera was over-compensating for the lighting. Still, it IS a new camera.
Elisabeth's hairstyle is really beautiful and her hair is super-soft.
